Well, I didn't know any of them, but both events happened less than three blocks away, so I guess they would be considered close enough to be neighbors.
The second place looks like it'a in the same building where my friend lives at. I need to check the address, cause a lot of places look like that. Flushing has been pretty bad for awhile now, even 8th has been bad these days.
