surely if someone is creating drivers which allow them to work on vista, he is helping creative sell more products and making the customers happy. surely this is a gd thing, fair enough if creative made the drivers vista compatible but as they haven't why don't they actually spend time making the drivers rather than tracking down a person who has made it compatible.
the guy made custom drivers which unlocked certain modes such as THX/dolby and such, which were originally disabled by creative creative considers this "stealing", because they never intended these features to be used with the cards in question however someone is apparently now suing creative for false advertising or something
