Hello Everyone, Just wondering which program is the best one out there to convert shows to DVD? Thanks for your input!
depends on the file extension, if its rmvb then use winavi, it is by far the quickest converters out there. for avi files i just use nero vision, it does the job at normal speed but i think the quality is slightly better than the winavi converter. not entirely sure though.
I had used Winavi 8.0 for months until this week. The converting videos don't have sound. I start to use AVS Video Converter 4.4. It's slower than Winavi. Well, I will have to use this temporarily until I got a solution from others in this forum on how to fix Winavi. I can't wait to have the capability of converting videos with it again. Cross my fingers!

your welcome glad to help. WinAVI IPOD/psp is useful for converting psp/ipod/phone/ or any mp3 player that plays video. soz babs forgot to tell u password! it is mexiking
really really depends on quality you want.. right now i don't really use winavi to burn tvb series... i use divx since i can put like 10-15 episodes of 40 min ones.. at 10 ep i only use about 3600mb.. a disc is 4.7gb.. so yea.. i might be able to fit about 10-15..
Actually I was thinking of more like Mpeg-2 DVD files. I've managed to squeeze in 10 Episodes into one disc. (~1300kbps). A bit blocky but still watchable..
the password is mexiking to extract the file i think and then the serial should be included in the extraction.
HELP!!!! i converted a dual lang. series into avi format and burned. when i try to watch it on tv i cant seem to change it to canto. i tried changing the balance on my tv - didnt work tried changing the audio on the divx player - didnt work. what else can i do????
