Church plans to protest Heath Ledger’s memorial

    This is one of many reasons why I hate religion especially the Christian faith. There are other opportunities to voice your view, just not at a funeral.

    They are either dense at human sensibilities or just so apt at finding the worst occasion to voice their view.

    If I ever have any respect for the Christian faith, it has lost every last bit of it for an incident such as this.

    ^ nah all of america know who they are, they are the most hated group in the country, and for all the wrong reasons too.

    tbh the "Church" aint protesting anything, its a handful of people known as the Westboro Baptist Church who purposely do these things for attention.

    fuck it would've been wrong to protest a memorial even if someone is really gay let alone that this is just for his role in a movie, fucking uneducated assholes who don't have anything better to do...is this like a amish church or something.

    Aww that's so unfair to Ledger! He's a legend! Yer maybe he played a gay role in the most amazing film but c'mon he's not gay. He had a wife and a daughter only 2 years of age. The family only wants a memorial service and so give them that and then they can move on with life. So selfish lor -.-

    i think everybody with a sane mind should know that we should let him rest in peace
    and its just a movie (and i think it speaks very well for the gay ppl ).... well i havent seen the movie yet
    but surely cant God let a dead man rest in peace and a peacefull funeral for the freinds and family
