So you like it when you study all week preping for an exam and all of a sudden the exam is cancelled or even worse. you study for a week and all of a sudden you go into the exam to write it and you realize that you know none of this stuff on the exam because the prof has gave you a special surprise?
dang..., that is a nice picture Wquan, is that you in real life, Well about choosing the destiny, Wether life is choosing your destiny or not, you can only control the things that are presented to you, you cannot control whats going to happen 2morrow, whats right or wrong to you, only you can decide, you should live to your own standards not someone elses, Life is not all about happiness and wealth. Destiny is not what decides who you are, but who you are that decides destiny. All i can say is to do your best on whats presented to you, and even if you failed, at least you know you gave it your best at that moment. Ironic as it is, The time when you know you gave it your best is the when you know you failed.

Easy as it sounds.. ok you will get cancer in 20 years...well there's probably that your doing wrong to make you get cancer? smoking? habits? eating? sleeping? Wealth is not everything to life.. but happiness is... There is no reason where you would do something your not happy about.... There's a saying "we only live life once..live it to the fulliest"
i believe that everything you do has a purpose, and its right according to you, meaning that even if you killed someone, or something like that, you only did it if you felt it was right at the time, sure you may feel bad about it later, but at the time you did the thing, u felt it was right thing to do. as for what my purpose in life, well for me, it is completing my university course, then find the right girl and settling down. how i doit? i dont know, im probably going to "wing it"
Destiny? What makes you happy without hurting others and never regret even when the consequences bite you in the butt later.
Will meeting this girl really make you happy? Ask yourself this. If I have this girl will it solve all my problems in life? Will I never have to worry about anything else in my life? A girl should be never become your destiny. She should be only be a part of your destiny but ultimately you must be on your path. Don't make her the adventure. Let her be a part of the adventure. By doing what you are passionate about in life. Figure what that is, and don't make a another step and until you found out what that is.
i'd do something that no matter how hard it gets, when i look back at the end of each day, i don't feel like i've wasted my time and that although it may get more and more difficult to reach my goal, it's still worth it.
i like to think fate decides everything for me. i may 'choose' to do things, but im only really doing those things because i was meant to. there have been many a time when id want to do something but just not in the end, and then wind up doing it at a later point. im my mind i wasnt really meant to do said thing first time round. but maybe its just an argument that makes me feel better when things go horribly wrong, i can say it wasnt really my fault, it just wasnt meant to be.
Determining what you want to do in life is once you have a passion/goal set, you do your best to follow your dreams and achieve that goal. By determining what you want to do most is basically the thing that is right for you, because you yourself chose it, not by others. If you truly love your job, then money doesn't even matter, because you will be happy with doing the things you love. Money can't always buy everyone happiness.

How do you choose your destiny when you do not know what destiny brings ? And its true that it is the perennial quest of most folks to try to figure what this thing "destiny" is all about... Makes me wonder too. -bigsmiles
