Thursday November 22, 2007 Hong Kong Twins, Charlene Choi (蔡卓妍) and Gillian Chung (鍾欣桐) will be holding their concert in April next year and they had revealed that they intend to invite Andy Lau (劉德華) and Sammi Cheng (鄭秀文) to be guest performers on their show. When they met Andy at the McDonalds Childrens Day Concert yesterday, Charlene asked Andy if he would like to take part and he agreed that he would try and fit it into his schedule, making her very happy. Today was Charlene's 25th birthday and at the show, she was presented with a special birthday cake by Gillian. Some of the other stars at the event including Andy, Softhard and Joey Yung (容祖兒) then gathered for an impromptu birthday party. Charlene was especially excited to celebrate her birthday with her idol, Andy and his agreement to try and join their concert was the ideal birthday gift for her. Charlene said that when she was preparing backstage, Gillian appeared with the cake and Andy was helping to shield the candles. She smiled that she was putting on her eye make-up at the time and she was very touched when they gave her the surprise. When Joey asked Andy to give her a birthday kiss, Charlene became very alarmed and stopped Joey's joke going any further. After cutting the cake, Charlene selected the prettiest piece for Andy and was immediately reprimanded by her other guests for favouritism.
