I was able to access this site for over 2 years until 2 weeks ago using my Dell PC. I though this site was down. By chance I tried accessing this site using my new laptop and was able to login. Tried on the Dell PC again got the same error message "IE cannot display the webpage". Any suggestion why this happened and how to overcome this.
try installing a different internet browser. perhaps firefox or opera and then try again and it might work. also it could be that it only works with the newest version of IE. so alternatively u can install the latest IE and then try again.
