I have been listening to english songs since i was young.I only started listening to chinese songs recently.can someone recommend a nice album like Jay Chou and Nan Quan Ma Ma?

David Tao, Wong Lee Hom they are similar to Jay nam quan mama is a group so... something similar would be F.I.R. which is another group. hope that helped.
well F.I.R. only has three albums thus far. I'm sure you can find F.I.R. stuff on emule (unicode supported i.e. you can type in chinese) what style of music do you like? stuff similar to jay/nqmm?
don't just listen to Taiwan pop expose yourself to a variety of Chinese music such as HK music ^^ i recommend Janice's Do u Know, Joey's Close up oh yeh did anyone mention tank from taiwan haha
theres this new chick singing jay chou songs with remixed instrumentals. forgot her name but the album name is jay fever.
I would recomend you GARY CHAO - 2 albums.. 1st album - SUPERWOMAN is a very good album. 2nd Album - Superman is average but his vocal is very powerful. TANK is a good singer too. Ben C is talented but not much of a luck, his first album, BenC Debut is good. Give that a try. For HK - i would recomend Justin - He is talented and nice vocal. Hin's is a good singer too. Other than that.. to be honest, in my own opinion, are all wannabe who think that they can sing BUT in fact they are not able to.
Joey's albums~ maybe the the lastest one and the previous one! i reackon its one of the best albums produced in canton pop.
I've been listening to Kary Ng - With A Boy Like You, which I think is a good album. S.H.E albums are also good too - try out their Forever album which has new and some of theur best songs
JOEY YUNG. Her latest album is Close Up and her voice is sweet, soothing and comforting. I love her! I listen to her songs most of the time and it helps me to be calm. Great for karaoke too~!
Lin Yu Zhong (林宇中), if you know who he is. I love all his songs. I adore his first album, his second album came out not long ago, but it's a very sweet album. If you like Mandarine songs, give him a try.
