I was wondering, how do you know that you're putting out more calories than you're taking in? I see that some exercising equipment tell you how many calories you burn off, but I don't have those. I was thinking of starting running in the morning, but how do i know if it's enough to cover my calorie input?

i think when a person keeps on looking at how much they eat .. its so hard to lose the calories.. i think the best thing to do is exercise as much as you can when u have time and do not over eat on every meal. im sure it'll work.. but sometimes its not easy to do it.
