http://125.215.132.244/en/index.asp There's a budget airline in Hong Kong called Oasis Hong Kong Airlines and from October 2006, flights will be going from Gatwick to Hong Kong - for £75 (return)! This has been reported in the Metro today and the existence of the airline is in Wikipedia too:
Must be a new airline. But yeah, pretty cheap. Like kdotc said, don't know if I'd trust it though... but man, sweet deal.
thats just captain, 1st&2nd officers and Assistant Manager Cabin Services......don't think they are hiring flight attendants
Wow that's cheap. Too bad there's not one that runs from HK to Canada, costs about 1500$ CDN for me, for round trip tickets from where I live (in Canada)!!! <_<
£75.00 return, you got to be kidding!!! There must be some catch, they will be loosing money before the plane even takes off. 5kg baggage, cup noodles, no toilets, no seat belts, no AC!!
1 in 10 odds the plane might crash its probably made outta reused material i know the cheap plans are
sounds dodgy to me as well .... too cheap for my likin > £200 sounds reasonably safe for me -lol haha my last ticket was £399 to HK and return
Nope, it's only 'cheap' if you reside in Vancouver already, because no connecting/transfer, just straight to HK. I think it's $800 CDN.... roundtrip?
almost got me exicted here except theres no toronto flights. anything from toronto to asia is so damn expensive im goin in 3-4 weeks and its gonna cost me like 2-3 times that amount during peak season
save up miliage to get free ticket.......i live in vancouver and straight to hk is usually $800-$900 CDN roundtrip but once it's hot season(christmas, springbreak, summer or and special holiday) the roundtrip tickets are usually $1300-$1500 CDN pretty damn expensive
Hmm....if it is trustworthy then I'll be on t plane like straight away coz the airport is like right next to me! Muahahaha ^^
Pretty nice site actually, however I would like to see some statistic of their company since it's pretty new >.<
I think they should really consider doing a deal like this for Canada-HK considering there is SOOOO many chinese people in Canada, and a company would really profit by doing this. It could be like ZOOM AIrlines, a company that flies from Canada to UK for only a $400CDN (one way)
