I saw some girls looking at Bras today in the Department store and got to thinking, Do girls wear different color bras to get attention? e.g. black. unless they strip down naked to the bra, no one sees it right? or maybe because they want to show the strap? It is just a curiousity question This is my "first " poll hehe, I wonder if any one would answer
I never intentionally show my bra strap =_=b Strapeless bras were invented for a reason... But it's like socks, you get all rainbow colour of socks, but people don't necessary see it right? It's a mood thing, not for show thing (to me at least).
interestin. I thought it is like a guy and underwear thingy. someguys like to show the brand like CK sticking out with baggy pants. hehe.
Sometimes'it just looks better fashionably wise to show a coloured strap. For example: if a girl wears a black top and wears a bra with white strap and maybe a look through blouse in black colour, the white straps would sort of become a nice little extra accessoire, it gives a bit more variety. (That's not my own clothes style btw, just trying to explain this...) -sweat
@adrianc: Naw, the thing is that I really don't need to let others know what brand of lingerie I wear... And unlike underwear for a guy, rarely does the brand's name printed on the bra strap @Taxloss: Very right... but the shock value is not a very day-to-day thing, but I am sure it's common in the night-to-night life Like this:
o. the model on the right looks kinda sexy with the black straps, thought the designer did it on purpose, The see-through is kinda turn off on my books.
i don't think the bra has to match the shirt in colour. what really bothers me is when girls wear really thin white tees with a black bras. looks weird. but back to the question, i agree with hiake. i buy the bra for me. i dont' need the world to see my bra strap
its like the guys pay any attention to the brand name on the bra =P unless they let us find the name on the bra =D
yea.. but sometimes it just shows.. depending on what you wear doesn't it? Of cos its not like you want the world to see. But since knowing that the world will see it, why not match it? May not be the color.. But its one of the considerations..
yeah i've never thought about it that way. i guess especially in the summer time when i wear tank tops. but i honestly have never put any thought into wat bra to wear. i wear whatever i pull out of the drawer
