A restaurant in Causeway Bay, in which Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華) invested in, held its grand opening ceremony today. Bobby and his good friends including Michael Tao (陶大宇), Joey Meng (萬綺雯), Louis Yuen (阮兆祥), Kiki Sheung (商天娥), and Stefan Wong (黃長興), gathered at the venue to celebrate. Up to date, Bobby has already invested in three restaurants, the other two also in Causeway Bay and Shau Kei Wan. This third restaurant investment is different from the others in that it has special VIP rooms. Bobby shared, “The VIP rooms provide more personal space and are perfect for shy women such as Joey! This restaurant had a half-month trial run, and the place was full every night! One of my other restaurants in Causeway Bay has great business too!” Speaking of how TVB wants its artists to sign long-term management contracts, Bobby expressed, “That depends on the situation! If I only film one or two dramas per year, it won’t help even if they sign me for twenty years!” When asked to comment on the fact that many new artistes such as Miss Hong Kong winners dove straight into acting without prior training, Bobby remarked, “Of course it’ll happen when they lack people! As a veteran, it’s also my job to teach the young generation. My new series, With or Without You <東坡家事> is full of veterans, and the youngest is Jacqueline Wong (黃心穎).
