    I think it's the color and the envirnment that make someone happy , but not blue itself it can be any color

    Didn't they already do this research, like, more than 20 years ago? Heck they've been designing buildings in Japan with fiber optics to bring in sunlight (rich in UV and Blue spectrum) to windowless office cubicles in order to put workers into a better mood (and presumably be more productive).
