Here are two drawings I did for my art class. This first drawing I had to do it without looking at the paper. The assignment was to draw four hands using the blind contour method. After you finished, you can pick one hand, and add lines and shades to it. This second one was to pick out a picture, and copy it. The catch is that you had to do it upside down. It was to switch your brain from left mode to right mode. If you drew it right side up, the symbols from the left side of your brain would've made the drawing look childish. So when the picture is upside down, your brain loses all those symbols because you can't recognize the picture. I forgot what else the teacher said. The horseman looks really squished, I know, I tried to fit him onto the paper, but it came out really weird. I should've just cut his head off to put in the body. I'm sort of pleased with the horse though. Thanks for looking.
