swimming and running are pretty good. swimming involves your whole body = more calories burnt as well.
anything that keeps ur heart rate in the "cardio" range and as long as u maintain it for a long enough period =)
Best cardio is definitely swimming and running as they can burn a lot of calories. However i don't last long on either simply because i dont have any power on my legs for swimming so im building it up and i have problems with my ankles so i cant even do brisk walking on the treadmill. I have to resort to cycling because of my ankles but the upside to that is that my time feels like it goes faster on tgis and therefore i do a lot more cardio on that Sexercise!!
Sex is by far the best cardio ahahha... since its also great to socialise (especially for the swinging type =p) otherwise rowing is great too, (tones up them legs for the gals, builds up the upper body for the blokes!)
Sex aint free. Its £20 for a bj, £50 for the full monty, and having a girl friend is even more expensive.

definetly running, if your going to start I advise you not to do it on a treadmill. outside > treadmill
pick two or more conflicts muscle groups to work on back to back for 5 minutes nonstop, this raises your oxygen consumption and heart rate up i sub this over running/jogging
Soccer for me is the best, 90mins competitive match should lose you more than 1000 calories. its constantly played at a fast pace plus the length you have to run also you constantly change gears (different speed) from sprinting at full pace to jogging.
Well,In my point of view swimming is the best and effective exercise which is use to reduce weight...Running is also effective for weight loss...!
