Benny Chan (陳浩民) and his wife Lisa Jiang (蔣麗莎) are once again expecting a child together, their third within three years. Although their relationship was briefly rocked by Benny’s molestation scandal with Rose Chan (陳嘉桓) two years ago, the couple seems to have completely moved on and is now enjoying a happy and healthy marriage. Married in July 2011, Benny denied pregnancy rumors at the time though stated that he would like to have as many children as he can. They later confirmed that Lisa was indeed pregnant. She gave birth to their first child, daughter Elizabeth (陳雅薷), at the end of November. Two years later, Benny and Lisa welcomed their son Cyrus (陳璟軒), who was scheduled to be delivered in September so that he may share his father’s astrological sign. Less than one year since Cyrus’s birth, the couple has once again announced that they are expecting. Currently working in Hengdian, China, Benny celebrated the Dragon Boat Festival on June 2 by inviting his wife and two children to the film set. Lisa later shared some of the family photos taken during filming breaks, one of which shows Benny and her folding their hands lightly over her protruding belly. Benny confirmed the good news in a recent interview, joking that his wife is a professional when it comes becoming pregnant and said that many of his friends have become parents after rubbing Lisa’s belly for luck. Since a family member has recently given birth to twins, Benny is preparing for the possibility of having two new additions to his brood.
