woh... been wanting to watch the movie... but I didn't even realize there was a manga on this.. thanks for the post.. might look into it.. it is English right??

 

yup these are all in english....

honestly, i cant recommend this enough, ive raved about it to anyone who's even mentioned the movie, whether theyve seen it, or only heard of it... because i think this goes so much deeper into it than the movie, and dare i say, even the original novel... the character development is pure brilliance and you really get to see how it all plays out from not only the main protagonists perspective, but through getting to know almost each and every player of 'the game'...

yeah, im a huge geek for this. hehe. i would however say to maybe watch the movie first... even though, since i rewatched it after finishing the manga, i thought it was kinda crap...

the manga version is violent, quite a bit more than the movie... and shuuya might piss you the hell off... he pissed me off haha. but yeah... i hardly ever (closer to never) buy anything unless im completely besotted by it... and im only volume 11 from owning the complete series of this... lol... im such a nerd... bwahaha. but yo, that just makes me want to share it all the more huh.

umh, the series ended at volume 15... each volume has 7 chapters...

 

yeah recently was told by a friend about the movie and waiting for an upload but got the novel shipping right now and thanks for these mangas.

 

freaking awesome, just finished volume 1, im actually thinkin of buying this. where can i get hold of these then? preferbly in english

 

the tokyopop versions are in english... you might be able to find out through their site if any stores in your area stock them... i got mine from borders bookshop... or you could order it from their site... www.tokyopop.com
