單看《窗外有藍天》這個名稱，或許以為這是有關環保或是心靈健康的電視節目，實則它是包羅了世界上不同地方製作的紀錄片。不知是因為太忙還是習慣，香港人總是較少關心香港或者中國以外所發生的事，當然，除卻旅遊以外。雖然，香港人不至於井底之蛙，但是作為地球村的一員，多了一分關心，也會多一分充實。 窗外有藍天》一共八集，每集一小時，把不同地方製作的紀錄片帶到觀眾眼前，包括土耳其、日本、南韓、以色列、丹麥、中國、孟加拉、蒙古等等作品。 打開窗戶，我們看到的不單是對面樓有人在打麻雀或在打邊爐，而是穹蒼之下，我和遠方的「鄰居」活在同一天空下。 播出日期及時間﹕由八月七日起，逢星期日晚，七時至八時，亞洲電視本港台。 Just look at "the blue sky outside the window," the name, might think this is related to environmental protection or mental health of the television, but in reality it covers the different parts of the world production of documentaries.
