香港人識飲識食，對飲食極有研究，新一輯【食出新滋味】節目將會帶大家走訪省港二地，尋找當地最健康最新最特別的食材，如：廣東省從化有機豬，專吃有機菜，生長期長，而且肉質鮮美，脂肪量低；恩平棘菜，菜味鮮，具有明目、養肝、清熱解毒功效；番禺有機魚，專吃有機菜，生長期長，沒有泥味，魚味清淡可口；台山獨有的黃皮頭，屬咸淡水交界的少有魚種，數量極，可以說是有錢也未必可以食得到。還有香港元朗特有的正宗黃油烏頭魚，更是一絕。

【食出新滋味】主持黃麗梅，會親身走遍以上的生產地，四出搜尋省港二地鮮為人知的特色美食，上山落海捉魚找菜，一於同大家越食越新鮮，食出新滋味。
