what do you wear when you workout? shorts? sweats? t-shirts? hoodie? and where/what brand?

for me, when i work out i don't really care how i look  i like wearing some basketball shorts in general just to work out at the gym (lift weights, bike, run, etc etc.) but when i do my db sport, i wear tight armor (the one that squishes ur body ? o_O) it's comfy, easy movement and looks really cool :D, other then that, i wear a t-shirt i get from macys for like 8 dollahs, or white t-shirt, or whatever :]

    I go straight naked.
hah jks I wonder how the greeks and them did that tho... it'd seem pretty hard to control the movement of ya know... "down there"
usually its t shirt and shorts for me any will do as long as they comfy, but occasionally i wear tight armour coz it's nice, comfortable and pretty sexy

    ProjectD VIP yay :]

^wow man you and your nike xD
well what i usually wear is some old t-shirt i have around and a pair of basketball shorts or if i feel like i really want to look like im going to the gym i would wear my underarmour (its actually really comfy btw)
and for shoes if im planning to play some basketball at the gym i would bring jordans otherwise if its just running and weight lifting i would just put on a pair of asics

I love my under armour! They have different ones for different weather. Wicks off sweat and keeps you dry.

i dont think brand is important when finding the right workout gear. personally though, i like any top that wicks. keeps you dry and keeps your shirt from sticking. for girls i recommend the seemless sports bras by champion. ive tried a lot of diff ones (including the expensive brand name ones) and nothing beats the comfort that bra offers. as for shorts or pants, i would prefer anything that stretches. gives maximum movement. of course for a guy stretchy pants might not be the most attractive. as for the feet, ankle socks with the right sneakers. different people have different feet. some people over pronate some dont. some need more cushioning, some dont. all depends on the person i guess.
