Arrested for BitTorrent

    Anyways.. BitTorrent is legal but people just misuse it! Does this mean torrenting TVB dramas is illegal? Not sure. But i know TVB has them up online for streaming at their sites anyway.

    It doesn't matter if TVB has their stuff streaming on their site, at least they get some revenue from the site hits and maybe they put in a few commercial breaks during the stream like Hulu does. That doesn't make it legal to torrent their shows.

    On the other hand, they don't have a whole lot of jurisdiction here, they can only request stuff like Megaupload to remove their content that's all. BitTorrent is ezpz here.
