For me, I have Hong Kong and U.S citizenship. I constantly travel to Hong Kong and China for trips, and having a hong kong citizenship saves me lots of time when traveling and shorter lines.

there are many methods of uptaining a dual citizenship. some countries needs a residence, annually-commitment, financially stability, and the show of continual intentment of residence.

however, there are countries, that are lot less demanding. i heard some african countries gives their 'citizenship' simply on the bases of its citizens/populates purchasing their land.

with a dual citizenship, one is able to travel between countries under the alias of their current/other country's name. like if your name is John Lee with a US passport, you can be named completely different in another country. (Keeping in mind you have to prove that, that is your name ... which are easy forgement paperworks -nono ). lol.
