i took a couple classes in yoga and it really helps you calm the mind as in techniques....google is your friend...haha i never knew yoga could be so stressful and painstaking though. some positions are really hard!! but after the session, you feel really great ^^
i did yoga but it was only because it was required at our school. umm well my teacher told me think that ur on ur own cloud flying high and all teh bad thought drift away so try doing that
I try to stretch everyday. I think I've always been naturally flexible because I can easily stretch while other people have trouble with it.
