i just want to see how many people here are interested in billiards, and if you are interested in meeting pool people, like me, tell us about yourself intermediate player 2 to 3 years, more than 10 hrs a week in the past 2 yrs trying to work on cueball control
oo i just learnt how to hit the white ball "properly"...lol...it is so much harder than it looks... what is the difference between billard and snooker? or are they just synomys?
that's quite a record you got 2-3 years... i've been playing since i was 9 years old.. that was 12 years ago.. lol man i dunno what i'd do without pool..
snooker and 8ball... two completely different games...IMO. snooker is alot more fun and challenging. 8ball is for messing around and stuff... lol it's so easy!
Played snooker when was younger. One of my favorite player was Alex Higgins. Luckily someone post his memorable frame against Jimmy White in You tube. Here is the link and enjoy watching superb snooker. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZpSHjYtxg8
I'm an ok eight baller and nine baller and str8 with the vietnamese game that uses just three balls and you basically have to do a reverse combo in order to gain points meaning your ball (lets call it the cue ball) would have to hit one ball bouce off and hit the second ball (withat that same cue ball).
