Anyone noe the program to make Gifs or if there is a way to convert a low res video clip into a .gif file or something lol

photoshop can make gif... overlay ur pics n save it under gif file

 

i dont know if my copy can overlay (just got it off someons comp and they bootlegged it from another comp lols) but guess i will have to mess with photoshop more lols

 

lol.. some of them r pretty cool.. some jus freaky.. i like how e glowing effect makes e fat gal look like she is expanding.. cool..
