"all about LOVE Miriam Yeung 2007 Concert"

Recently, Miriam did a photo shoot for the poster of "all about LOVE Miriam Yeung 2007 Concert" that's to be held 12 to 15 October.

Miriam feels that a concert is very meaningful to a singer because it's a sort of summary of a stage in her career. Miriam hopes to bring something fresh to the audience and present a brand new "Miriam Yeung". Joey Zhu is the creative producer of her concert. "I admire Joey Zhu's daring creativity. I watched Eason Chan and Soft Hard's concert and found Joey Zhu will not treat a celebrity as just a singing toy when producing their concerts. He will understand the singer's characters and thoughts, then produce a tailored concert for them. Because I think a concert is everything to a singer and it should include thoughts and feelings. He is very clear about every singer's good points and magnifies them. He should have a little interest in me since we have not work before, and we should have sparks!"



Joey Zhu listened every Miriam's songs and thinks Miriam belongs to the world of relationships, including love, friendship and family. Hence the concert is titled "All About Love" and Miriam's love songs in different stages will be tranformed into a life journey.

To shoot the poster of the concert, Joey Zhu specially designed a small hand holding a heart-shaped diamond, to put on Miriam's head and also made her wear a very big spectacles. These 2 accessories are specially moulded and spent a bit of work. Miriam said, "I asked Joey Zhu why he had this concept. He answered somethings are small and not easily seen but those are our most beloved things and even a form of love we are pursueing! After listened his words, I'm at ease leaving the whole concert to him. I'll just concentrate on exercising and practising songs! I even have time for afternoon tea!"

When Miriam first saw herself in the big spectacles, she kept laughing. The photo shoot took a bit of time and after 5 minutes, Miriam asked the photographer to hurry, "The red circles on the specs are making me dizzy. Maybe I see the world too clear normally and am not used to it, hahaha! But I understand that sometimes we have to be a bit muddlehead and not too persistent. To wear a specs even when there's no short-sightedness, days can be still happy, because experiences are part of life, happiness and health are more important than anything else!"

There's still a bit of time away from her concert, but Miriam believes this concert is a refresing and challenging job. As there's a trend of collective memories currently, Miriam revealed that she will sing all old songs on stage because they represents her life journey. "I dare to say this boldly, there won't be added shows and won't release videos, because this is the true meaning of LIVE!"
