I'm hoping James will come to the NYC or or the Nets (Brooklyn in a few years)

So much news has been going around, I don't know what to believe in anymore, but if we can get a few of those guys overs, things might change a bit cause BBall have been dead in NYC for almost a decade.

Thank the sports God that we still have good baseball and football teams.

So they'll be called Brooklyn Nets or still NJ Nets? Since Brooklyn is in NY, NewYork will have TWO basketball teams?

Dang. New York has two teams for like.. every sport. NewYork Rangers, Islanders. New York Yankees and mets. Giants and Jets. Now basketball too?

Toronto sucks at every sport.. honestly. Except for lacrosse.. & possibly hockey in 2010-2011 season.

this offseason.. lot of big moves. Would love to see how Raptors work out with Bosh and Turkoglu.

draft looks really weak this year outside of the teens. im hoping the lakers get lucky and draft a good PG since all indications are that farmar is leaving.

By the way, you spelled "Season" wrong in the title :)

No thread for NHL off season? I guess it isn't intense as the NBA off season though :p

i dont think he'll beg to stay if lebron left town :p

  11. Miami traded guard Daequan Cook and 18th pick in 2010 Draft to Oklahoma City for 32nd pick in 2010 Draft.

They traded a player, and a 18th pick to move down the draft pick order? o.o

Probably of the salary-cap problem, want to get Bosh or Lebron possibly :)

  13. yup cook was a bench player too:kekekegay:

Seems like Wall is this year No.1 pick, and Turner is No. 2.

    Raptors picked Ed Davis!

I hope Phil Jackson stays on for another season. i would like him to see him coach a fully fit Lakers for the playoffs. Bynum hasn't been fully fit for the last two finals.

Bulls traded Hinrich + 17th overall pick to the Wizards for second round pick

*sigh. So much teams are clearing cap spaces for Lebron, Wade, and Bosh. Like Chicago, Miami (hope to resign Wade and get one more), NewYork.

  17. not too thrilled about this guy...should of went with patterson...he's a smart player and is ready for the league... hey BC has made so many bad decisons thus far...whats another one under his belt.

It's not like you're gonna get anything that good outside the top 5 anyway :p

I'm kind of indifferent with Gordon Haywood. His lack of athleticism and ability to create under pressure really hinders him. I wouldn't have picked him so high. I can't see him doing that well in the NBA.

  19. haywood would be a bench player that comes off give them 3's ....drafted way too high.
