      Your pullups indicate you have pretty good upper body strengths but if youre gonna bulk and want big upper and big legs etc you definitely have to step up both your squats and bench. i say about 10 pounds more every two weeks or so if you bulking right you'll see those gains. so if your goal was to hit like 150 pounds etc i think a bench of maybe 200+ pounds will be good if you step up like 10 pounds every two weeks several months youll hit that bench and that will also indicate your bulk will be pretty successful.

      Whats your height max bench, squat ,deadlift,mile time, curl, pull ups if you do them. According to calculator to gain 15 in like 4 months pounds you need approx 3000 cals per day and if your activity level decent. If your activity level is pretty high and you look cut then maybe you should look to supplements like mass gainer or proteins that has like 1:1 2:1 ratio carbs to protein more like meal replacement. Eat tons of carbs rofl. Dont be afraid of fats too much if you want to gain weight haha, get those monosaturated fats if you really picky.

      Hahahaa well dirty bulk just make sure you have excess calories lol hell you can even do the "if it fits your macro" diet rofl. Gaining weight isn't hard haha just maintaining your bodyfat ratio is. if you do dirty bulk eat alot of fast food carbs etc youll gain size quick rofl but you get fat quick if you keep on doing it. And through all this your relative strength has to be proportional like if you gain 5 pounds you better be able to lift more lol. So which one are you:

      Generally you would get 3:1 ratio carbs to proteins depending on how big you want to get or how skinny you are currently. I would say if you are currently not cut no definition etc go clean bulk route but try to get definition first if you ever trying to bulk. Just start working out first lol lift cardio etc. The thing is you cannot expect to bulk when you never really worked out in the first place, you'll just get fat lol. When you really bulk your lifting power should go up linearly with your weight gain, if you gain weight but stay just as weak you are not bulking properly lol.

      Depends on if you want to dirty bulk or clean bulk and how serious you are. Both ways you will have to lift harder and harder or you'll get fat. Dirty bulk cannot be maintained for long and clean bulk can be maintained for a while but its pretty much a diet lol, dirty bulk you'll have more options. Honestly i went dirty bulk way when i bulked last year and i got big pretty quick but also got fat rofl its risky. So generally if you want to bulk you'll want calorie surplus. Find out how many calories you need for your weight and then decide on how many pounds you would like to gain every week or month.
