if you have a fast metab it usually ends in you getting a fat gut in your late 30's when it slows down. Thats what i have seen. I have to ask my brother what he did cus he used to be skinny but he is practically as built as me now, im not sure how he did it but it is what he wanted. ill text him and ask.
ok for exercise he said he does a short amount of repetitions with heavy weights to bulk and long reps of lighter weights to tone so im guessing he does both. For food he said it doesn't matter what you eat (for him anyway), just eat on a regular basis due to muscle gain and energy lost, he said you can get the shakes and stuff for that but he doesn't buy that stuff, just eats a lot. You can control how built you are, if you feel you are built enough at any point then don't go higher on the weights. so all in all, short reps, heavy weight, and eat lots (but not junk).
the yolk is my favourite part , i think its easier to buy the powder, make a smoothie with it in the mornings, mix it in with something nice. a 1KG tub should last you a while.
I dont think eggs will make you a fatass, first time i heard that, but hey, im naturally built so what would I know, whatever works for you
it wont make you fat as long as you eat only the whites! I have tried an egg whites diet though, it isn't fun hahhaha your farts will stank up the whole place!
that sounds like the atkins diet, my uncle tried it, stank his house out till he gave it up :trollface2: I advise you do a little research on it, youll find that one camp are against it, the other for it, all with their lists of reasons. do what's best for you imo/
Yah, go to bodybuilding.com Nobody on this forum lifts weights but me and maybe one or two other guys. Lift heavy and take a multivitamin On a serious note: You need motivation and desire to build a better body first. Two key things go into building a better body Exercise = 20% of goals Lift heavier if you want to look "toned" Lift more reps if you want to build muscle. Diet = 80% of goals Eat less if you want to lose weight, eat more if you want to build muscle. If it fits in your macros, you can eat it. I've gorged on 3-4 Big Macs in one sitting on some weekends during the summer. Still dropped weight.
if you are skinny, it doesnt matter what you eat, just eat as much as possible, workout would be easier but just do sets of 20 rep with an ok weight, you dont need to put super heavy ones and only do 8 reps
whatever you do.. just don't over do.. you'll know what I'm talking about.. those guys at the gym.. they're like 5'1.. 220lbs of all muscle.. like ya big already.. that's it.. you've won.. why are you still here?? like they get so addicted.. they'll just be liftin' shit for no reason..
If there's really guys 5'1" over there @ 220 lbs of muscle, they're probably going for competition. There's a lot of work to be done prior to bodybuilding competitions. Looking jacked isn't enough. There's two guys at my gym that compete, they're bulky, but they look extremely ripped for contests. In the off season, they're still strong looking, but they're not nearly as cut because they go back onto a regular workout routine and eating regime. It takes a lot of work to go from something like 225lbs @ 7% body fat to trim down to 223lbs @ 5% body fat. Gotta look good with a spray on tan and baby oil yo!
Nope that is too much... Most I would go for in body bulding (like) is like Dwayne Johnson or Vin Diesel
That is too much of a work out lol. Too ripped and bulky! One clothesline will probably TKO you in a ring lol. I think that's a turn off for girls cos it's overworked out. I wonder what makes these body builder continue their hardcore workout =S
There are definitely tons of non-Asians that dig it. Plenty of women that hit up the fitness/bodybuilding expos dig that. Asian men are usually pretty tiny in general and don't work out to those extremes.
dude have you worked out once you quit for like a month going back to a routine is a pain in the ass... they have to keep it up even 2 weeks off and you go back you'll feel weaker. The longer term you quit working out the harder it is to go back to it.
