No way!! Everytime i go to the gym all i see is big ass people wearing shorts and it looks foul especial when they are on the treadmill!! Even more worse is when big women wearing bikinis to the swimming pool. Barf! I'm no skinny angel myself but even I know not to squeeze my excess out like that!!

I think any form of exercise is good enough, doesn't have to be long hours, could be 15-30min once in morning and once afternoon, light exercises are good enough...i used to go to the gym, but now that i have work 9am I don't want to wake up super early just to work out because I go to bed pretty late..so I only do some quick streches in the morning. And I makes me feel much more energetic throughout the days compared to the times where I had zero workout. Don't over do the workout though, it will put your body in pain; the first few days of working out you might feel tired afterwards or a little sore that is normal. But not if you have been doing it for awhile, and your body still hurts...that's not really a good sign.
It’s not possible to just lose weight in one part of a body. To lose weight in common, lower calorie eating, increase cardiovascular activity. Still, the features is regularly the original position in which someone observe a difference when losing weight.
Take up Muay Thai kick boxing to pack on the muscle and power. You incorporate a lot of cardio through running and padwork, plus you'll learn to kick ass when it counts. It's the most versatile stand up fighting technique and is known as the art of 8 limbs. Check out this KO by the legend Jerome Le Banner. He learnt the FONS punch from me. And a brutal flying knee
a painful body after a good workout ain't necessarily a bad thing, especially if you're trying to build up muscle (the pain is a good indication that you're gonna get somewhere "no pain no gain") just make sure you're doing it with the right technique! But if you're just trying to maintain what you have, a fast paced walk of 30mins a day is great
