i heard that doing exercise in the morning is better than in the evening. they say that your burn a lot more calories during the morning and you gain energy for the rest of the day. in the evening, the body is tired and doesn't burn that much calories. also, you doing sport awakes your body and you sleep not that good at night... not sure if the above is correct, but it's true that when i do sport in the evening, then i'm still kinda awake and it's harder to fall asleep...
^only if you exercise without eating anything yet then you burn your leftover calories and yea you'll probably speed up your metabolism throughout the day.
pssssh me do sit ups..??...thas too muchy hard work...hahaha.... are you "some" people that do push ups in bed...??...=P
Cycling is a pretty good exercise too and not too harsh on your knees... I've seen more ppl cycling in NY now.
^ but is harsh on your a$$..coz of the seat thingy... ive seen people hobbling after a long ride..pwhahahaha..
imagine if ya get a wedgieee with them shorts onn....-lol.. is that how you can cycle for like hours and hours...????..-tongue2... unisex stock..???..ya mean the original bike chair...?
