Chok》就為酷愛「變身」的男女提供表演舞台，透過公開招募，每集有一男一女入圍參賽者亮相節目，大玩「反串」，盡展才藝，由紅人嘉賓與現場觀眾競猜真正性別，勝出的參賽者及猜中的嘉賓都可獲得豐富獎金或獎品。節目主持由「扮嘢福祿壽」猛將之一阮兆祥，夥拍無論男、女裝造型同樣「帥」的伍詠薇，兩人亦會不時施展變妝絕技，保證笑聲不絕！ 「反串」遊戲共分四個回合，一男一女參賽者「變身」後會混雜在另外兩對「真身」亮相的男女當中，獲邀出席的多位紅人嘉賓則要和現場觀眾一同找出誰是「變身男女」。第一回合，三對「真假男女」會先後出場，遠距離360度轉圈給嘉賓們品評、下注競猜；第二回合，三對男女會表演Catwalk及看家本領如唱歌、跳舞等，讓嘉賓進一步辨識他們的「真身」，以決定是否「轉軚」改答案，但參賽者聲音或會經過特別處理；第三回合，每組嘉賓可以向參賽者發問問題；最後，每組可派出一位代表與參賽者近距離接觸－
