Kevin Cheng, Myolie Wu and Sharon Chan attended the Ghetto Justice promotional event. The cast celebrated the high ratings (30 points, peaking at 35 points). A few days ago Bosco Wong was secretly photographed fully nude in his bedroom by the paparazzi, his 'girlfriend' Myolie's mood clearly got better yesterday. Kevin expressed that the government should take care of this issue. When TVB's prohibition on the two magazines to interview their artists or appear at their events, Kevin frankly said: "This treatment is not getting to the root. In the past, after a few months, everything will go back to what it was before again. What if the secret photographs were on government officials, then what happens? Will the government view the incident differently?" When asked if Kevin's role as "LAW BA" was replaced by Bosco? He said with interest: "I will hand it over! Honestly, I lost. Myolie and 'LO BA" (LO = Basket) really does have a lot of fate. Speaking in gentle terms, many thanks to Bosco for his huge sacrifice to help me promote this series. However, this incident really is unfair to him." Kevin supported Bosco, that artists are just like normal people when they go home. There is no need for artists to be facing audience 24 hours a day. If a normal person gets secretly photographed while changing, then it's peeping too. Kevin hopes artists' privacy is protected and not made as entertainment news, should not be an artist's pain. As for Myolie, she appeared relaxed at the promotion. Under the request of reporters, she even took a picture with Kevin and his pretend butt. Myolie said that the unhappy events are the past and she does not want talk about it anymore. Having been in the industry for so many years, she already has an understanding of the artist-media relationship. She just hopes that nothing like this will happen again, and also it is not anything new. Asked if she's afraid she will get secretly photographed too of her changing? Myolie said the curtains in her house are always down, it will not happen to her. Asked about Bosco's current mood? Myolie said Bosco is working and he can tolerate it. She said: "Some magazines' work as the media turns into peeping tom, using their cameras to go violate a person's privacy and think that as long as they are under the 'freedom of news' hat that they can just do anything. There is also a limit in making news, using the camera to violate a person's privacy is way over." Sequel starting in October Ghetto Justice is going to shoot a sequel in October with the original cast, but because producer Tong Kei Ming has already resigned, the sequel will be produced by Chan Wai Koon. Producer Tong reveals that he had plans to shoot a Ghetto Justice movie version, but TVB will have to let Kevin and Myolie make time in their schedule. Source: TNW
Already planning for a sequel...lol If the the first part continues to success than I'll be looking forward to the sequel...
well the storyline is pretty good only complain i have is the song...like my god, the singing and rap was horrible
I thought the series will suck cause of the theme song. Lol. Doesn't match the series. But can't judge a book by its cover. Misleading title.. Law Ba can only be Kevin Can't wait for sequel.
Am I the only one that likes the sing? XD at first I was like ... Nah this sucks but I kinda got into it l,ao
decent series, but awkward themesong. Looking forward for the sequel and movie. Hope it is as good as the original. TVB usually kill the sequel
lol evo you got to do it Ralph newsletter style with the red highlights yeah the rapping is a bit odd.... and the graphic quality at the end when the credits role is so .... ghetto.
Lol I think tue theme totally matches the while Ghetto style of things in the series. Its just a shame that the theme video at the beginning gives all the storyline away c:-(
The first is good...if they really make a sequel, pls keep the original cast....and dont simply kill of a character like Forensic Heroes II...
i m glad there is a sequel. this series is really funny. maybe there will be a prequel too about what happen to LA for those 7 years
