EEG new comer Mag Lam recently started some serious money. She beat Vincy Chan to become the new face and spokesperson for the fast food restaurant, Fairwood. It is rumoured that her income was beyond the highest that anyone has given to any artist for this type of work. Recently on a summer vacation and finished with studying for exams, Mag has completed filming her first set of commercials as the new face for Fairwood restaurants. In the commercial, Mag sported a firefighter outfit and had to slide down a fireman’s pole. The main message in the advert is to sell the tasty food. It has firefighters preparing for a service, with a team of firemen getting ready and coming down the pole, whilst Mag lags behind the team and shouts: “Not coming down, not coming down no matter what...” As the commercial continues, Mag insinuates that there will be no artificial enhancers in the food using her 'Not coming down' Chinese slogan. During the period of the shooting of this commercial, it was also in the middle of exams season, Mag expressed that she gave up sleep to work on this advert. She revealed that she loves eating and it was great to have work relating to food. She said: “Before this work, I did not eat much for a few days, so when I begin the shooting work, I can see what I like without worrying.” She also expressed in order to look after her throat and voice, she does not eat any food with artificial enhancers. I'm not saying that she's a bad actor or a bad singer. When i saw her photo for The Voice 2.. she looked nothing like when she performed A.I.N.Y. I should rephrase what i said then. She looks like another person without make up. Lol
Doesn't Mag look like that woman "夢(Dream)," from Super Trio and other 2nd string characters in TVB dramas..(forgot her name)
