@ [N]... i love your avatar. Ella & Christine <3 Anyways.. yeah. I paid $20 to lift weight. Kinda got boring after doing it about like 20 times. So i didn't go anymore Yes, i think my stamina did improve, and more muscles. But after i stopped doing it.. my stamina de-proved. LOL
well i just bike pretty much, but damn i really need to start hitting the treadmill and sit ups for abs
o_o I used to do yoga and pilates which gave me such a toned body!! but that was back when I was in high school LOL. I haven't done any exercise since then -_- other than walking to class..LOL. I mean, I tried going to the gym for the first time in my life this semester...but wth i ended up throwing up after 15 minutes! which is weird because i can totally run for 15 minutes or whatever.. i have a weak body lol. can't even take adult dose of tylenol etc -___-" but yeah :] total love for yoga and pilates! other than that i would just run..or do squats.. [yay buttocks].
Swimming and cycling are really good for you. I also do kick-boxing, and stretching before going to bed. Eating healthily is just as important though ^^
basketball and weights, used to ride my bicycle everyday but the tyres got punctured and i didn't fix it.
Oh man I do the same thing!!! just kidding =P Mostly push up 50x and set up 50x daily. I also jog time to time, but since its winter and cold here. Can't do much for now .
I do push-ups on someone else's di....... jk jk. Mostly Yoga. Pilates and cardio when I can.. and then the steam room or sauna! Mmmm ^_^
