there's a product called dead sea salt...which is quite good
u wet your feet an then massage the salt onto the rough areas of your feet
it will help get rid of the rough dead/dry skin

the salt can feel abit rough but its not painful unless u got cuts then it stings lol
but anyways... u rub the areas until the salt more or less evaporates then u have to rinse it quite thoroughly cos the salt releases its natural oil..but once you've washed all the salt off...your feet will be nice an soft as well as smooth

u can also moisturise your feet with a good lotion, buy some cotton moisturiser sleep socks an basically sleep with it on after u just put cream on it..an in the morning you'll see and feel a difference...

are you feet itchy? you might have tinea. I had the same problem as you and thought it was just dry. Then I realized it was tinea. Got a cream and got rid of it in 2 weeks.

My feet get very dry and cracked from time to time. It's not a huge problem for me, but when i mentioned it to my doctor, he gave me a ton of samples of some strong, non-prescription moisturizers and recommended removing some of the dead skin with a file, pumice stone, or mild abrasive beforehand to achieve the best results. You will need a stronger moisturizer than what you use on your hands or face due to the thickness of the skin on one's feet.

The samples were of Uremol 20, Dormer 21, and Aveeno.

Yesterday I used the Dormer 21 cream after showering [was too tired to remove the dead skin] and today there is noticeable improvement. I was really impressed.

If you don't have time to see your doctor, you could always ask the pharmacist at your local drugstore for a strong moisturizer for your feet.

Hope that helps a little. Keep us updated.

I use the intensive feet moisturizer from Body Shop, forgot the actual name but it's in a pink container and smells like peppermint. So far so good but every other day, I use feet scrub to scrub my toes and heels.

YES! YES! This is true. Apply the lotion once during the morning and once at night. After you shower and apply at night, wear your socks to bed and when you wake up you will be amazed at how smooth your toes and feet are :) It works trust me! If you still have really dry or cracked feet, you can always see a dermatologist.
