    I live in England and nobody wears bow ties anymore much less give them as presents XD

    very funny hor, cannot give stripe pattern bow ties..they say its very common knowledge in high society..
    hahah. that mean i'm ha dang yan. (low class) :(

    i went to goggle search on this also..nothing really to say its true wor.
    what about stripe pattern Tie? is it badluck too?

    yeah, i didn't know of this too. am i ha dang yan too, lol. no seriously not. i don't think many will use bowtie these days.

    I never heard of such a thing either. I think the series writers just wanted another thing for Raymond's character's family to be mad at Tavia's character.
