I am a little confused, is it better to have your green tea with your meal or before or does it matter. I don't really like to drink them with a meal, I would prefer before a meal or any random time. But would like to use them to use the drink whichever way will give me optimum results any advice from the Professional users or makers? Thanks.
I don't think Green Tea alone will give you any optimum result... I know they're good for you, but that also goes along with your diet and your life style (ex: exercise)
green tea makes ur skin more clear, and clears up acne too! This is bc it removes toxins from ur body... i suggest drinking green tea in the mornin b4 eating anything
i heard it tones your abs if you drink it before you sleep. but then you may not be able to sleep at night ahha.
