Do you want to save the environment and save lives everyday? What do you think of this product? Are they reliable ?
i do believe in those and i try to buy " green " and " organic " product as much as i can . first of all because they are not tested on animal , second of all because you won't find tons of chemical produce inside (especially when its something you put on your face i prefer to know what i m putting on ) than the fragrance of natural product smell a lot better than those fake fragrance added to those fake cream and finally most of those store will accept your empty bottle back and recycle it .
I don't really get the big deal on testing shit on animals.... I think that's the least of the animal cruelty we do if you ask me....
reliable...maybe? but more likely that these "eco" or "green" products tend to be more expensive and being a student i stick with whatever i can afford. lol also a lot of these companies are just throwing these products out their to capture those tree huggers which equal more revenue cause your capturing a bigger segment of the market
i dont see myself as a tree hugger or with a huge revenue . seriously this is so cliché . there is so many"chemical" product that cost more than thsoe eco product. not all of them cost an arm and a leg there is tons of offer out there . you just have to be smart, and select the right one at the a budget that fit you .
what lives do eco products save? but naa i dont follow this eco green global warming save the planet stuff
My wife and I tend to avoid all animal tested items in the stores .. why? for comestics to be tested on animals, it implied that they have "strong" chemicals that can be harmful and of course, animal cruelty. as for eco-products, we don't care much about it. why? labeling .. these days aren't under a lot of scrutiny. sometimes, it's not what it said .. eco friendly .. however, if one step or one less chem or something in the process of making the product which qualified them as "eco" .. know what i mean?? city, state, and national laws are different everywhere so yeah .. there are a lot of loopholes for company to go around and label them so they can jack up the price. buying them is more of a disservice to the community and industry. if they really wanna help mother earth, then they shouldn't jack up the price 2-3-4x comparing to competitors so people stay the hell away. they should make it affordable for everyone. honestly though, those "eco-friendly" products don't last very long. my wife bought an organic bed sheets and after a few washes, they turned to paper like .. all rip up and they ain't soft to begin with .. so yeah ..
I believed in the body shop concept, no testing on animals, recycling of bottles etc. However, L'oreal bought the body shop and it's concept. I wonder how eco friendly the concept nowadays is.
I believe that we should conserve water and energy. However, I read an article about eco-friendly products about how they don't work as well as the non-eco friendly products like cleaners.
i like organic because the products are free from chemicals. My fav product is L'Occitane. Kiehl is not organic but they have some products which really work ;-)
