it include National Day Parade, from the start they talk about military weapon.
this is not from TVB from aTV

Why is the picture not clear 16:9? it seems that it's 4:3 but you see the sides stretched out or something like that?
btw i'm talking about the parade, don't know if it is also on the other videos.

 

I wondered the same thing. Its cause TVB was filming HD, but they are probably using footage from another network that isn't in widescreen, so they just blurred the sides instead of black bars. If you watch through, you notice that TVB has little notes on the bottom that go across the blurred bars but are clear....so its supposed to be like that. The video isn't messed up or anything.

 

noasian, is your version of the china celebration's in mandarin language?

all of the programmes should be in Cantonese from TVB, except the fireworks is dual language (English/Cantonese) - noasian

thanks everyone above for posting all the special programs =) but i was wondering how do we convert mkv files to dvd so my dad can watch it? :S sorry if its stupid question cuz i tried converting it like i would do for rmvb using winavi but didn't work haha

WinAVI 8.0 has the feature of turning any files into DVD (vob) format, give that a try, just make sure the output quality is to highest - noasian

 

the program i use to convert videos is called SUPER by eright, its a free video converter that does it ALL and you can control your bitrate, audio, codecs etc to control quality.

 

does anyone know where i can find the cctv version in mandarin language? if so plz show the link ..thx in advance!!!

 

Check Post #3 as a warning its over 20gb file in ts format. I've been downloading for past 3 days with only almost 40% so good luck waiting for last 60% since thers like 2k leech and like 1 seeder, sometimes non...

 

the blurred sides is mad annoying...is there a better version out there?
