So far, it's been flashback after flashback, but it's important to know their backgrounds so we can understand why they are the way they are.
Well Kevin and Wong Hei's history is quite interesting. How can 2 friends so close have turned so cold? Perhaps they are overkilling with flashbacks, it might have been better if they could have given the background detail via another method but would we get as much detail? So far I don't mind it.
it's not that interesting to me...........it's either 為女而愁 or 事業沖突 btw, BLOOPER in the flashback. The phone Kevin used to delete Myolie's # is SE K660, which is announced on late 2007, it didn't come out on 2007, the time period in the flashback is 07..........LOL
My god, stop the damn flashbacks. I'm falling asleep from them. I know it's important to build up the characters and their motivations, but do you really need 25 minute flashbacks?
Its ok keeps me entertained until something is good on tv, im finding that i dnt watch a whole series anymore for example with threshold of a persona i watch the 1st 3 eps then jumped to the last 2 eps lol, and everything i predicted that would happen did, so i didnt really have to watch the whole thing!
^YES & finally know what makes them dislike each other. it's very easy to predict .................@ the end of EP6, it seems like it's hinting that one of them might die? LOL
Na, they aren't going to kill them off so soon, after some background knowledge of them;I'm starting to like Kevin's character. From the past rumors, they might had made Wong Hei's character less well liked and than kill him off.
I think the flash back is nearly over in Ep 6 . Cause the flash back timeline with present on-screen timeline is very close . But still , too much flash back , but it could be a method of telling the story line in short time . My opinion is , the producer do not want a 40 episode storyline and make it short instead , so they chose this method . if they are going to show us how kevin and wong he together in the first , become best friend and then turned enemy and then become best friend again , it will need a lot of extra time . Flash back serve this purpose well , shorten the time for cast , preserving the continuum relationship in the story and the most important , keep you guessing what is actually happening . By shortening the time for casting , it would directly saving some budget ( TVB cant run away from nowadays economic climate ) and at the same time , trying to achieve highest quality as they could . p/s : the flood screen is really sucks , might be budget problems too .
