Well, it depend on an individual's definition of "art" .. tattoo may be deemed as an art to some people whilst not so to others. Conservative or traditional .. blah blah blah .. if you think so. What we should point out here is that people are not getting tattoo as an expression of art or self but rather as a trend thing; a fad that comes and goes. Most people who got tattoo usually have it/them in visible places cuz what's the point of having it if you can't show it. I don't think a lot people have it in hidden places like mcheek mentioned above. Also, tattoo is gang related too so there have been innocent youngsters killed on the street for mistaken of identity. Not just tattoo .. even clothes color is enough of a motive to kill between gangs. Basically, no matter how time changes .. tattoo will always appears as something "bad" and that's a fact too. People will always judge you poorly simply cuz of it. They're not ignorant, just cautious. Also, I know some people who think tattoo is extremely cool and all the craps but if you asked them to get one, they will say NO. I still need my job ... LOL
tattoo can be view in many different ways. i personally think tattoo is fine as long as it not TOO noticable. big ones is a no-no in my opinion but small ones will do. i dont see any point in tattoos like skulls or animal related.
that does look painful. look at her facial expression. its those thai tat style. i have a friend that went to thailand to get a tat n he told me it hurted like hell. thats what u call true art
