lol, Its just a kidney. Humans can still survive on one kidney. He should think of it more as a donation rather then be stubborn to ask for it back. Thats just really low

well... lacking a kidney will prevent one from doing any strenuous physical activity ;)

I would never donate my organs to anyone.
why risk your own heath when you don't have to.

IMO, the man should get some kind of compensation. Whether or not it's worth 1.8 million is iffy but for god sakes, he went under the knife for this woman.

I think the guy was mad because he had given the ex-wife so much of his life and she went cheating on him behind his back. I am sure he won't get the kidney back for sure cuz no way in hell will any judge on his/her right mind would approve such a judgment. However, I do think he should be compensated from a moral standpoint. (again, doubt the judge would approve this too) I bet the wife probably won't do it cuz if she did, she wouldn't have committed the infidelity in the first place.

huh?! is there any need to be so....calculative...
i mean sure you divorce, but need to be so bitter that he demand his kidney back/compensation?!

man.....goes to show you should be careful who you take a organ from, they might demand you for money later on!

it's just heat of the situation .. imagine you gave your boyfriend/husband a kidney because you thought ya'll be together forever and then one day you found out that he cheated on you and now kicking you to the curb for a new gal. would you feel the same? especially after the pain and sacrifice you have given up for this guy?? any right minded would have gone crazy .. .it's not easy to digest .. even though it may appear as calculative, stupid, insane, or whatsoever ...

exactly why you shouldn't give something as important as an organ away lol!
nah im kidding, it's understandable...but still...

meh...only when you are actually in the situation is when you can really say what you would do lol.
