First point - True

Second point - False, the motives for a four year old are simplistic and easy. He wanted to hurt the teen for stepping on his foot. He hasn't yet learned to distinguish between good outlets of anger versus bad. He knew a gun could be used to hurt someone, hence he got the gun to hurt the teen. If you give four year old access to guns, then four year olds will use it to express their anger. So the motive really wasn't stupid, but in line with the growth and development of a four year old.

Third point - True, somewhat...

Fourth point - Is also true. The new president can enact and enforce a ban on guns so that the idiots who usually buy them will no longer have them to leave out for their four year olds to get their hands on.

See? That was rather easy, wasn't it?

But in the above case, the owner of the gun should be arrested for endangering the welfare of minors by leaving a loaded firearm for them to access.

 

I believe the parents should be arrested too. They can't leave a loaded firearm easily accessible for a minor. They should also be held liable for all the costs.

The parent should have lock up the gun and not just leaving unlock.
If he shot someone for stepping on his foot than what whould he do if someone hit him?

how the hell is that kid strong enough to lift the shotgun to hit him in the arm.... and how badly injured is the others?? Think about it they are in a mobile home so i suspect the space is quite limited should be more injuries they not reporting
