it wasnt that good at the start but then it got better esp wen linda came in now its getting worse but its not too bad
the show is really interesting coz it's full of surprises...eg like who ever thought that sunny is gay?? and Jessica marrying to Terrence father?? Wondering what's next? Elise fall in love with ah Wo?? =P or maybe Calvin becoming gay also...haha
actually Elise does get together with ah Wo... but only for a short moment... ah Wo's heart belongs to Jessica...
The series seems to be a bit too long 84 episodes... a bit too long. iit's only 40 now and both jessica & constance have remarried!!!... another 40 to go,so... will they divorce again and then remarry???-ohmy
yeah...pretty disappointing... it got a bit better when Elise character appears..at least there is someone to hate..but then it just got messier.... Chan Kai Fatt is so annoying..
i'm bored of the series, but still keeping up with it... need to find out the ending, need closure... frankly, i wish they would speed up the pace of the series, there's way too much useless crying and random events.
1) MR just finished, so is kind of comparing the BEST with OK 2) this series is over advertised for its 80-episode series with expensive jewelery and cars 3) main story talks about the wealthy people in hk, their lives and how they do business, not so much into see-lai's attention
I'm up to episode 45 and I'm thinking about stop watching it. It just too bpring, with all that business stuff, which i find no interest!
Yeah! it's all about business and the flirthy rich! although a bit long, will continue to see the ending.
i don't have a pref on anything so i watch every series as entertainment, not rushing nor chasing the series, so i don't feel bored
i think boring is the wrong word. Some of the events that happen are actually quite dramatic but they are scripted poorly in that they appear randomly with nothing leading into them so it ends up being confusing (boring) rather than dramatic. I think another reason is because there are too many different relationships so once you start getting into what's happening in one relationship nothing happens again for another 2 episodes.

Episode 50 basically validates my post. The event was so dramatic but for some reason i wasn't like omg shocked, it was like my eyes just kind of opened a little bit wider, then back to normal. Although i thought the last line by melissa was awesome though.
To me, who only watched till episode 6, the drama is a bit boring and lame. Don't really have any climatic urge or attraction to make you want to watch the following episodes. And Terrence's gf in the first few eps is scary . Her smiles can really potentially kill me (revealing her bunny teeth, even after making out, can pose there and smile for few seconds...). Spoiler Eps 1 and 2 are kinda lame to begin the series. I mean, girl likes guy + guy cheats + mother helps to reveal truth + girl cries... It's like some typical love story in those old school TVB drama... =.= Sigh... And guy doesn't know how to act. Followed by girl too passionate with job + seldom meets husband + husband not happy + jealousy + marriage crisis... ...so the lame.
