I'd say find a good facial regime for yourself with the essentials: - Cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Twice a day (Morning and night) - For better outcome, I find that it helps to use a facial exfoliating scrub every 2-3 days at night instead of your cleanser. This helps remove stubborn dirt/blackheads and minimize pores. - Make sure you use oil-free products. I recommend 'Biore'. It has a great range at a reasonable price. However, depending on your skin, it may not be the range for you. So, I'd recommend you find a skin range that suits your skin - ask for samples at pharmacies, etc. More importantly, a healthy diet and just getting enough sleep will help! Just stay clear of fatty oily foods and remember to drink heaps of water!
I used to have pimples all over my face, like literally. I used to have a lot blowing up all over my nose and that is one of the most noticable features of the face. It was sad until one day my sister recommended me to Dr.Murad, an ance complex solution similiar to Proactiv. It actually worked really well for me. I've been hearing mixed reviews about it, but I guess it depends on one's skin type. Dr.Murad worked well for me, but it might not be for you. So, I recommend you do your research and see which brand of acne complex solution you are willing to use to clear up your acne.
try to wash your face more frequently.. and don't touch your face so much with your hands... if that doesn't help.. you might wanna consider changing the brand of face wash you use... if it is really bad.. you might wanna consider go see a doctor who might be able to give you something else..
wash your face with soap & warm water. rinse off the lather with cooler water. then use a moisturizer.
I thought if pores are clogged then you get black heads. For acne its to do with bacteria getting into your sebum producing pores thats a definite! those annoying buggers!!
