OMFG ... my condolences go out to his family .. that is sucked and sick ... fucking crazy shoppers .. what the fuck are they thinking anyway .. i hope his death will cursed all those who had stepped on him to DIE too. if you can step on someone like that, you deserve to die just as much.
Nah... That is just lack of preparedness for what was to be an annually anticipated high stress people event. Inotherwords, the store failed to provide the proper crowd control, thus allowing a dangerous situation to go unchecked. It would be the same with a music concert of whatever event where you already know beforehand that it would be attended by lots of people armed with a "me first" mind set. I hope his family sues the store and wins millions; and remember Walmart is the store that brings us many labor relations issues as it is one of the most employee hostile places to work. Just look up Walmart Labor Suit on Google and you'll see the types of horrendous employer demanded conditions for their employees. The above is just a stark example of their poor safety practices as they really don't give a crap about the people that work for them.
true but no matter what happen i can't foresee someone step on others knowing about doing so consciously .. it's fucking wrong. we are talking about shopping; not a run for our lives cuz of danger. anyway, these ppl are fucked up shoppers. as for walmart, yeah, i wish his family will sue big but the problem is when will it ends ... most will just end up settling for a minimal amount rather than battling it out for years .. the court system sucks here cuz the appeal process practically goes on forever. as for how the employer treat the staff, it's the mentality of upper management (store manager and shit); not so much the top top guys who do so .. the top executive only worry about rolling in the dough. it's no fair to point finger at walmart entire enterprise for some bad apples. but i do hate walmart for not providing full health coverage for their workers .. just wrong when they could easily negotiate a cheap contract and provide the necessity health care since they already pay fucking low wages to the employees (no different than slavery).

I think those aggressive shoppers majority was FEMALES .. they're the one who probably killed the poor guy.
yeah ... turned to crazy shoppers ... hormone .. yikes there are cases in the US where women killed someone else and got away with it cuz of hormonal changes .. believe it or not. anyway, that's a stretch from this post topic.
