Hot yoga is a series of yoga poses done in a heated room, which is usually maintained at a temperature of 105 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 40 degrees Celsius). A vigorous yoga session at this temperature promotes profuse sweating, which rids the body of toxins. It also makes the body very warm, and therefore more flexible..
Hey thanks for the information. Did you like it? Sound a bit difficult to do poses/ stretches while the room is quite hot. I guess it also do the heart some good (ie. cardio)...lol
lol....I might pass out too as it sounds very difficult (the heat and all). I think you have to be in very good shape ???
just look into kama sutra for some creative positions and have hot steamy sex, the requirements would be the same and also the outcome will be similar hahaha... flexibility and weight loss/stay healthy? hahaha
hahha...lol.....sorry but i'm not quite ready for hot yoga.....i'm just doing yoga without the hot room -bigsmiles
The gym in my area is offering hot yoga classes but its quite expensive. They claim that it will make you healthier, youthful and promotes good skin complexion.
How long has you been practicing yoga? I may give it a try when the time is right.... -lol Need to find if we have one in town first.
