hop onto a DDR machine and start dancing. .. .I read in the paper that the govt was gonna install a DDR machine in some of the schools in the states to reduce fatness . .so give it a try? haha
the formula is quite simple. you have to loose more calory than your intake. do sport especially squat. and don't expect a sudden changes. they will happen gradually.
Jogging and squats. My friend did them for a month and he said he got skinner under the waist line. He could fit slimmer jeans after.
its gonna take a long time before you gonna lose the big butt, you gotta be patience, sport more, and eat more healthy, it might not help, but believe me, if that didnt worked but you haven sport alot and ate healthy, you woulda been a fat ugly man
if u wanna work on ur ass then keep doing the squats ... put an incline when u jog... n the stepper is a really good work out for the ass also...
Are you describing the gyrating exercise with the pelvic movement? I always think the worst when I see guys do it in the gym (me thinks pervert I love it when Dawn answers. work the ass/ to the point/ Not sure about squats, but running and lunges work I think. I put the incline to about 1,0 to protect the knees from injuring when I do the treadmill. Do the " belly" breathing technique when running also. It takes a bit of practice so start off slow. I think results come in about 6 months of consistent training.
Getting on the bike and cycle or running is good exercise. If you are doing cycling, need to be burning approx 10cal/min and burn atlease 300 cal per session. I would do this after dinner. Don't eat carbs after 4pm. If you have to eat carbs, try eating very minimal amounts. If you are a rice junky like me, eat indian rice, cause no starch in it. Lost 8.5kgs in 5 weeks in this way. Good luck. More cardio! less weights
