Like my waist line use to be like 35 inch a couple weeks ago so i lost 3 inches on my waist but nothing on my hips. also it s not like my hips that are big its just that i have a big butt. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UR REPLYS MUCH APPRECIATED
if u wanna lose some weight, do more sports and ofc, dont eat junk / fast foods, more vegetable... =) maybe do some sit-ups aswell
what he wants is to work out his butt.. u could research on some exercise that specially target the butt area
LOL Sowiee not laughin at u... This jus reminded me of my friend who had a huge butt -lol Bless him ^^ Do squats
uhm no... lol do not do butt exercises if u want to make it smaller... what ur doing is giving ur butt and thighs muscle by doing squats... muscles grow bigger, not smaller when u work them... i'll reiterate this again... u cannot target LOSS of anything like fat... u can only target GAIN like muscles...
wow dam ok and like i do excersice everyday 2 hours in martial arts and i jog when ever i have time usually on weekends and sometimes weekdays but thanks for ur advices
welll based on aoes's post... hmmm....ur target should be to turn the fat into muscle so even if u got a big butt....it will a big muscularly butt
First off, congrats on losing 3" off your waist in a couple of weeks! That takes some work! Your butt muscles may have gotten too used to your current work out causing you to stop seeing major results from your current butt exercises. Have you tried changing the order you do your butt exercises? For example: normally you may do exercise 1 then exercise 2. You could try exercise 2 then exercise 1. Also, have you tried different exercises that also work the butt? You could use the elliptical or bike instead of running and leg press instead of squats. Lastly, you may want to try changing the tempo you do your exercises. For example, you could try doing an exercise faster or slower (without sacrificing good form!) than before. Changing exercise order, exercise tempo, and trying new exercises are ways of keeping your muscles developing and making workouts more entertaining.
btw i'm quite sorry for starting but... this is starting to get awkward... stop saying butt exercises plz -.-; also, don't be too hard on urself if u do have great butt muscle... u need it if u want great vertical... sigh... *goes back to the gym for more squatage*
^ thrusting is quite calorie burning...... but squats with weight is good..... just work out your back more and side abs.....
squats are bad for you... dont recommend doing it even though its a full body workout =/ anyways just run more... dont eat fatty foods (all that stuff pretty much goes to your butt) but if you reallly want help, hire a personal trainer at the gym its not too much
extended starvation? =D works... just not the best solution... hehehe note that lil starvation makes u have more fat =P
maintain a healthy diet/ do more cardio workouts and avoid lifting workouts that builds muscles around that area.
